Often industrial space represents a factory floor or a massive warehouse filled with goods. Typically people are fairly spread out and comfort is relative. The makeup in these spaces normally goes something like this. Huge warehouse or factory floor served by some sort of DoaS or MAU, and a bunch of unit heaters around the perimeter. These spaces often also have a smaller office section that fits the mark of a single story office building.
Depending on what your industrial space is for the fresh air exchange requirements can vary widely. In a warehouse typically these criteria are pretty light with a simple MAU only to bring in outside air.
MAU
For MAUs that simply need to be run on a schedule we will provide a Smart Node and a discharge air temperature sensor for diagnostics. This Smart Node will be controlled using a single stage equipment profile synced with a schedule of your choosing.

DoaS
For larger or more complicated Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems the sequence may vary. Some of these units can be controlled using a Smart Stat like a traditional RTU, and other may have a modulating furnace, Dx Coils and interlocked exhaust fans which will be controlled using customized logic.

Unit Heaters
Unit heaters are simple and are used only to heat a space. These are typically mounted around the perimeter of a large open space. 75F uses a Smart Node with a single stage profile to control these UH. Choose from a wide range of sensor types to make installation easy and temperature readings accurate.

Central Control Unit
As always the building will need a CCU to act as a gateway. The CCU is also capable of controlling a piece of HVAC equipment such as one of the MAUs or Unit heaters.
